Requirements and Competencies
  • High School Diploma or GED Certification
  • Three (3) or more years hands-on equipment mechanical / maintenance experience; preferably in a high speed manufacturing or packaging facility.
  • Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Proficient knowledge with conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including day and night shift rotation every 6 weeks, and required weekends and holidays. Willing to work mandatory overtime as required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks while managing technical processes.
  • Effectively and safely operate and maintain can manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, production and cost goals.
  • Assume supplemental responsibilities or tasks as assigned.
